We learn what the site has to achieve — enquiries, orders, applications, bookings — and who is arriving, on which device, from which channel. Existing analytics, competitor pages and your sales team's real objections all feed the brief, so design decisions have a reason behind them.

We map the information architecture, navigation and key user flows, then draw low-fidelity wireframes for each unique template. Settling structure in grey boxes is far cheaper than rearranging a finished visual design, and it is where most conversion problems are actually fixed.

We agree a visual direction on two or three key screens, then turn it into a system: type scale, spacing, colour tokens, buttons, forms, cards and their hover, focus, error and empty states. From here every new page is assembled rather than invented.

Each template is designed at mobile width first and then expanded, because that is how the majority of your traffic will see it. Corporate pages, landing pages and product or category screens each get the layout their job requires, along with the states that real content produces.

Before handover we check contrast ratios, focus order, heading semantics, tap target size and how the design behaves at 200% zoom. We also weigh the design itself: hero image formats, icon sets and font loading are trimmed to a performance budget so Core Web Vitals are not lost in the build.

You receive the Figma file with components, tokens, exported assets and written specs for spacing, behaviour and breakpoints. We stay available through development and review the built pages against the design, whether our team or yours writes the code.
