We start from the job the app has to do — who opens it, how often, and what has to happen when they do. That produces a ranked feature list split into a first release and a backlog, so budget goes to the screens users touch on day one.

Core journeys are mapped as clickable screens before any production code exists, following iOS and Android interaction conventions rather than fighting them. You review the flows on a real device, which is where expensive misunderstandings surface cheaply.

We commit to native or cross-platform based on your actual requirements, then design the API, data model and authentication behind the app. Offline behaviour, sync rules and third-party integrations are decided here instead of being patched in later.

Features ship to TestFlight and Google Play internal testing as they are finished, so you use the app on your own phone while it is being built. Every sprint closes with a working build, a changelog and a short review call.

We prepare listings, screenshots, privacy declarations and signed release builds, then manage the review process and answer any rejection. Releases go out in stages so a problem reaches a small group first rather than your whole user base.

After launch we monitor crashes, performance and real usage, and turn that into a prioritised improvement queue. We also handle the unavoidable maintenance: annual OS releases, SDK deprecations and store policy changes.
